Do you accept custom orders?

When do I get my custom order?

Our deadline for custom orders is 1-2 week but most of the time we are dispatching them in 6-7 business days.

I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.

We are trying to keep our designs stocked all the time but rarely we can go out of stock on some designs. If that happens just wait a couple of days or contact us via hello@mooden.co so we can fasten the things up.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can ship with a gift package specially designed by Mooden. If you want, we can put your message in a special paper. We recommend that you write to us about this before purchasing.

Delays in Cargoes

We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the cargo company and not caused by us. We do not refund the delays caused by the shipping company.

Customs payments or other taxes

There may be customs payments or taxes that you have to pay depending on the region during or after the delivery of the order.

These charges may vary depending on the recipient's country or state. Buyers are required to pay customs or other taxes issued. Our store is not responsible for these payments. Non-payments (taxs-customs) and returned orders may be billed to the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do You Ship PO Box?

Almost all of our packages are sent via express air service. So unfortunately we can't send PO Box. If you have specified a PO Box address when ordering, please provide an update. Your package will not be released until you provide an updated address.

What if I am not at my address at the time of delivery?

We forward your e-mail and phone information you have given us to the cargo company. They will try to contact you. If they can't reach you, your shipment may be taken to the overgoods warehouse and you may be charged for re-delivery. No refunds or new product requests will be made in any case where the buyer cannot be found or the delivery is refused. In order to avoid such a problem, we recommend that you get information from the carrier company using the tracking number we have given you.

Cancellations

In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within half an hour or at the latest within one hour. Your orders exceeding 1 hour are not cancelled.
